Shipping Policy
This policy explains how Moontique Sports handles production lead times, international shipping, tracking, and delivery-related issues for custom orders.

Made-to-order production
Our products are custom manufactured after design approval. Production does not begin until order details, artwork, quantities, and any required payment steps have been confirmed.
Lead times shared on the website or in conversation are estimates based on normal production flow and may change depending on order complexity, quantity, and seasonal demand.
Shipping methods
We ship internationally using reputable courier services such as DHL and FedEx, depending on destination, parcel size, and service availability. Tracking information is provided once the shipment has been dispatched.
Shipping charges are quoted based on delivery country, volumetric weight, and courier rates at the time of ordering.
Delivery timing
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Transit time can be affected by customs inspections, airline or courier disruptions, weather events, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside our control.
If you have a deadline for an event, tournament, or launch, you should inform us before placing the order so we can assess feasibility.
Customs, duties, and local charges
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or other local government fees unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Customs delays are outside our direct control and may affect final delivery timing.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, phone number, and any delivery instructions required by the courier.
If a shipment is delayed, returned, or re-routed because of incorrect information, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to cooperate with customs or courier requests, additional charges may apply.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged or items are missing, contact us as soon as possible at info@moontiquesports.com with your order details, photos of the package, and a description of the issue.
We will review the matter with the courier and work toward an appropriate resolution based on the facts of the shipment and order.
